Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Visit app.facilitycareiq.com/signup and enter your email address and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account. From there, you'll be guided through onboarding to set up your company profile and add your first facility.

How do I invite my cleaning crew?

Go to the Users page in your dashboard and click "Invite User." Enter their email address, select their role (Technician, Inspector, or Client), and optionally assign them to specific facilities. They'll receive an email invitation with a link to create their account.

What devices are supported?

The management dashboard works in any modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). The mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices and supports multiple languages for multilingual crews.

Service Visits

How does my crew check in to a building?

Open the mobile app, go to the schedule, and tap the facility. Tap "Check In" — the app verifies your GPS location against the building's geofence. If you're within range, the visit begins automatically. If you're outside the geofence, you'll be prompted to confirm.

What happens if my crew loses cell service during a visit?

The mobile app works offline. Your crew can complete checklists, take photos, and log work without an internet connection. All data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

How are visits verified?

Completed visits go through a verification process where you review GPS data, checklist completion, time on-site, and photo evidence. Visits are scored automatically based on these factors and can be accepted or flagged for follow-up.

Account & Data

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link. If you're already logged in, you can change your password from Settings > Account.

How do I change my notification preferences?

Go to Settings in the dashboard or mobile app. You can configure which notifications you receive for visits, issues, inspections, and team updates.

Billing & Plans

How does pricing work?

FacilityCare IQ is priced by plan level, not per user. The Free plan supports up to 2 facilities with up to 5 team members, and Pro supports up to 15 facilities with up to 30 team members for $29/month. Visit our pricing page for full details.

How do I upgrade or cancel my plan?

Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. You can upgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
