Data Deletion Request

1. Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and account from FacilityCare IQ at any time. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

2. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the application:

1. Sign in to your account at https://app.facilitycareiq.com
2. Navigate to Settings, then select the Account tab.
3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section and click "Delete Account."
4. Confirm the deletion by typing DELETE and optionally providing a reason.

3. What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile information, personal data, and account credentials. Visit records, inspection data, and photos associated with your account are anonymized. If you are the only manager in your organization, you will need to delete the organization separately or transfer ownership before deleting your personal account. Organization deletion removes all company data, facilities, visits, invoices, and associated records.

4. Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion by email, contact our support team at support@facilitycareiq.com.

5. Data Retention

Account deletion is processed immediately. Some anonymized, non-personal data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or contractual obligations for up to 90 days. After this period, all remaining data is permanently purged from our systems.
