Cleaning inspection checklist generator
A cleaning inspection checklist lists every area a client expects cleaned, with a 1–5 score per line so two inspectors would grade the same building the same way. Pick the building type and frequency, switch off the areas that do not apply, and you get a scored checklist you can print, copy, or download as a PDF.

How to score it
Score every line from 1 to 5: 5 nothing to fix, 4 a detail the client would not notice, 3 visible but acceptable, 2 the client would mention it, 1 not done. The total is the sum divided by the maximum for the lines you scored, so a half-finished walk still gives a percentage. Most operators treat 90% and above as pass, 80–89% as a re-clean of the flagged lines, and below 80% as a supervisor visit the same week.
The lines come from the eight free cleaning checklists on this site, so the inspection grades exactly what the crew was asked to do. Weekly and monthly frequencies add the periodic work (high dusting, floor machine work, fixtures) that a nightly walk would not fairly score. The Download PDF button produces the same sheet with five score boxes per line and blank fields for facility, date and inspector.
